EU Enlargment Writing Competition
Do you know that there are 28 countries in the European Union - Croatia became the latest in 2013. Many others - Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey are candidates or potential candidates for membership.
The EU Commission is keen to learn more about:
- What is your experience in an enlarged European Union?
- How can the enlarged European Union meet the challenges of the future?
The competition is restricted to 18- to 25-year-olds and the deadline for your submission is 27 February.
The prize includes a three day trip to Brussels for each national winner.
